Icons and how to install them

I was wondering if anyone knew a site or could explain how to install the icons i have. (ChaNinga ones)

Ok sorry to bother but that program wont let me install them. It inst a package. and i cant figure out how to add icons.?????

You do have a Stardock program called Iconpackager don't you, this is the program that will allow all the icons to be changed
