I can't activate Shadows FX

Good day:
 
I bought this week the Object Desktop suite, I had already activated 5 products, but at this moment when I want to activate Shadows FX by putting my email (this one) and the activation key I get the message:
 
Unable to activate Shadow FX. Please try again or contact support (Error code: -205)
 
I have followed the instructions that were sent to me to solve the activation error 205, which is that when the name of the team does not have western typography, the name of the team must be changed, my team did not have non-western typography but still I changed the name and activation did not work throwing error 205 again.

As I said from the beginning, I had already activated 5 products from the Object Desktop suite (Icon Packager, WindowBlinds, WindowFX, Deskscapes10, Groupy) without any problem, with the same email and the same activation number that they sent me by email, but wanting to do the same with ShadowFX I threw the error with code 205.

What other solution should I apply other than rename my team with western characters (which I did) without the error being solved?
 
How can I solve that?

I am experiencing the same situation.  I receive the following error when I attempt to activate StarFX :

I also searched through the FAQ file and tried renaming my machine, with no resolution.  I was unable to find an actual support ticket form to submit this type of request.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. While waiting for support, which might be on Monday morning, you should check if you already get it activated by mistake using this steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. If it listed there, try to deactivate it there and try again.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

ShadowFX was removed from Object Desktop on October 1st of this year.  People who purchased prior will be able to still activate it with their Object Desktop key.  Regrettably, both of you purchased after October 1st.

The stamps of the ticket of my payment made in the Bank for the complete Object Desktop suite with 12 programs is precisely on October 1 (I have the ticket with everything very clear). The purchase is made since I deposit your account or your representative's account at the bank and not when you send me the mail, Before October 1, I didn't see any information that warned that 2 programs ShadowFX & Launch would no longer be included in Object Desktop Suite to refrain from buying.


Besides you sent me the email with the activation key on October 2 and in that same email of the activation key you sent me the link to download and activate with the same code ShadowFX & Launch, If you were no longer including ShadowFX & Launch why you sent me including download links, the activation problem I also have with Launch (I suppose you answered that it is not included either), If the 2 previous programs already are not included, why did you send the download links, besides you writing: All programs will activate using the same provided serial number?
