Hmm desktopx question

is it possible to set a date object that lets me set any date format i want?

for example i would like it to be in this format:
mm(mmm) dd(ddd) yyyy hh:mm:ss

but nothing so far has ability to set custom date formats.

I can make you one if you want? I'm working on that now but the only problem I am haveing so far is being able to let the user move and change the font other then that most of it is skinable.

The date and hour plugin should have custom defined formats like those ones.
In any case we'll have new better versions of them soon.

So far I have it set up for the %mo\%d \%y %h:%m:%s' and with your IP to show if you want. There are 2 other tabs for 2 different e-mail notifies. You will be able to minimize it to your systems tray and have different pop up graphics for each notifies. Another tab will play MP3’s, CD’s, and waves. You will be able to change tabs with out it messing up you music. It will have some thing close to what win amp’s play list is. I have it set up so it will use fewer resources then any other program.

hmm something very odd, but i found a way. i cloned a date object from clock ( one shown on my screenshot ) thrn right clicked it, it shows plugin radio button for "mouse away" which is not shown when i made new item. very odd. may be a bug.

anyway configuring the plugin i found it is possible to set it to whatever i want

next,I deleted the cloned one, and tweaked a existing one on the clock.

it was when i got a idea and seprated hands from clock, made it stay on top. its definely nice to have a good looking clock, but show just hands when window is on way. nifty way to remove time from taskbar.
