Cannot Activate Account

Can put in key but not email

from Stardock Forums

Every so often Fences needs to be reactivated for some reason. Each time it's a pain because I can put in the key, but not fill in my email address. It won't let me click into the space. There's no cursor or anything. I don't know why it does this. Any help would be appreciated.
