window blinds error, pleaes help!

Hi, every time I download a new skin for my window blinds, I will get an error that says:
"The instruction at "0x6600F71d" referrered memory at "0x660F71d" the memory could not be "read""
If you have any clue what this means, please help!
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, it still wont work

Windows XP, custom built
1.59 Ghz, 256MB memory. I had it built, and I am constantly reconfiguring things and deleting things. I can USUALLY fix my errors, this is one I'm struggling with. I hope that helps, thanks.

That error number looks like a display driver problem. Try updating those.
