Won't accept activation code
I have tried to put in the activation code multiple times, but each time it says it is incorrect. I requested the code to be sent to me and tried that one too and again it did not work.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
It appears you are trying to activate Fences 3 with a Fences 2 key.
You can, however, still get the upgrade at a discount here (bottom of page):

If you only wanted to re-install Fences 2, uninstall 3 and install version 2 from here:
https://www.stardock.com/support/productkeyretrieval
