Object Desktop subscription renewed but from the download page still result expired.

Today I've renewed the Object Desktop subscription, I have just received the confirmation email but in the email and on the receipt there is'nt the product key, also clicking on the hyper link "Download Software" the Download web page tell me that I need to "Renew the membership".

What is wrong?
