Can't change email
I have tried a few times to change my email address in my account, and it doesn't send me an acknowledgment email to confirm. It keeps my old email address. So I tried creating a new account and transferring, but the problem is that I can't transfer as I no longer have access to my old email address. So now what? I can't submit a ticket, I don't see an email address to send for support? HELP!?!
