No product key received after paying

I haven't received the product key for Groupy after paying the money.

Have already tried that link before posting this thread.

It reports "Account Lookup Failure"

Just in case you overlooked. You will need to use the email that is linked to paypal if you are using paypal when paying. If not or it still fail. Please report back.

Clarification: I use the Alipay instead of paypal.

I still fail to get my production key.

I purchased Fences on 1st of January, but had no acknowledgement from you. I understand from posts here that Stardock are on holiday. However as you have been trading for a number of years, surely you could a system that can at least send emails confirming receipts of orders.  I have submitted my question to Stardock and have an I.D ref.

It appears that there was a typo in the email address that you have entered.  Your accounts have been merged and your ticket has been responded so you should have an email with your product key.

I received the email thanks.

It's the first time I have done something like that. I usually double check for errors before submitting orders or other online forms.
