desktop x word popups

is there a way to get word popup descriptions to show when you put the mouse over internet windows or anything else on the taskbar. because its hard to tell internet windows apart on the taskbar when their icons and not the little descriptions. i like the icons but i think that would help.

Okay, here is what I do. Don't know if it is the only way, but here goes..
1. create a transpared .png image of the text
2. crate a new object and use the .png you made as the image.
3. on the relation tab, set the object as a popup menu (closed on any action), position it where you want as well.
4. Now, look at the properties of the icon you want described, and go to the "States" tab. select the mouse over state and then click on the messages tab. Click the add button. for the object id, select the popup that you created earlier, set the message to show.
5. do the same for the mouse away state, and set the message to hide.

thanx but im looking for something that isnt a set name. like in the taskbar how the little bars have desriptions on them....how can i get descriptions to go on the sexktop x taskbar since their not definate objects, their items on the taskbar
