Download Problem

When I click on the [download] button for WindowBlinds Skins, the page takes a very long time to load, and I am taken to a "Page not Found" page. Is this just a problem on my system, or am I doing something wrong. Thanks

I think the Wincustomize servers were being reset and rebooted earlier. Does it still happen?

My bytes downloaded is only 15000, and it is still having the problem. Also, the preview pics don't work for me.

i am having a problem of seeing the the pics when i go into windowblinds and i want to download a skin but there is no pic. what is wrong is windowblinds down or is there something in my computer that is wrong.
