Side by side on Microsoft Windows

Side by side on Microsoft Windows does not work when Groupy is ON

Side by side of Microsoft Windows (I mean Explorers) does not work when Groupy is ON and "Always place above" is the chosen setting. Programs can be placed side by side but File Explorers cannot.

Provide some help, please.

I am using Windows 10 Pro 1909

Groupy is up-to-date.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for responding.

Whom do you think I should contact to find some help for this issue?

For your reply provides no help at all.

First, I contacted Support. They told me to post my issue here. Now, I get an answer that you could not reproduce the issue. As for me, I am still experiencing it.

You are getting support here. I guess, we are not sure if we are talking about the same issue here. It is best if you could capture a video on your issue and post it here so we can understand your issue more clearly.

Hello,

I can't reproduce your issues on my system. I noticed, when you set groupy to "Always on top", you drag your windows on the groupy "tab bar" instead of the actual titlebar. Which I believe is causing the issue. Please try dragging on the actual titlebar and see if it helps.

I am really sorry for my impatience.

You are right.

Great!

I have been using the software for almost two years and had always used it well before. I don't know how I changed the way of using it.
