it says my credit/debit card was denied, yet it Deducted on my GCASH "peso" account

Thank you for your prompt reply, please elaborate further on how to file this "support ticket" on which category is it in? I tried retrieving my product keys to No avail. i would love to have it send directly to my email instead. [email protected] (please don't post your personal email in a public forum)

That would be most convenient for me, since it already deducted from my account yet "card denied error" occured. Thankyou so much!

Hello,  please post all detail on that support ticket. I believe you should use the "Billing & Sales - SDAcct-Sales"

i already Filed the ticket under this department:

Ticket ID: SCH-855-98422
   Subject: it says my credit/debit card was denied, yet it Deducted on my GCASH "peso" account
   Department: Fences - SDSoft
   Type: Refund
   Status: Open

Should i resubmit/Forward my issue to the "Billing and Sales" Department instead? Please advice further. Thankyou!
