Unable to activate Multiplicity, as it's current active on a different computer....

Hello.

we have purchased 6 Corp/Sigle Key License.

yet after trying to Activate more the one Account we get a message:

"Unable to activate Multiplicity, as it's current active on a different computer...."

we suppose to have 6 computers in under this one license key....

BTW when trying to view the Order History we get:

Sorry, there was an error
