Groupy Key purchased does not work

Hi,

 

I'm trying to install my purchased Groupy software on my new laptop, but it does not recognize my Product Key.

I've tried to deactivate my previous laptop license by having a look at my products in my account, but I cannot manage use the Product key. It looks like it's not working anymore.

What can I do please ? 

 

Thanks for your help, reading the forum I understood that I have to uninstall from my old PC on my account before re install to the new one, but as it does not recognize the key in my account it's impossible to do...

Server Error in '/' Application.


Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Hi. Managed to make it work.

But, I receive only the product key for Fences. Not for Groupy...

I can see in my account Groupy as purchased...

When I use this link, it shows me only Fences with the green "manage" button.

So I click on Order history, so that I can see Groupy, but the Manage button is not available...
