Wincustomize Subscription paid for but not reflecting on account

Hello

I recently purchased a sub to WinCustomize early this morning but my account still shows past subscriber and will not allow me to download anything. I have emailed support and no response has been received yet. Transaction sub is [STARDOCK200324-9784-24132] and Paypal transaction ID is 43E06315G3522415K. Any support that reads this please assist and correcting my issue.

That purchase was made with a different email than what your account is using.

You can merge them together here: https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

Are you referring to the Paypal transaction or the WinCustomize account? The PayPal account email is different than the WinCustomize account of course but the transaction was made on this account bren1104. The PayPal is a @haines.pr account. (Remainder of the email removed for personal reasons) Is that what your seeing?

Also the PayPal email account does NOT have an account on this website so I technically cannot merge them.
