Use a good graphics program to create the various images and then a text editor or Notepad to pull them all together. There are various tutorials out there if you do a quick search, and the basics are pretty easy to grasp.

Yeah that’s a good question … how do you compile one of these skins …I do not feel that my constituents, the militant nerd have been served with the right types of images.
