Groupy not working/license issue (Humble Bundle purchase)

Hey there,

I've bought the Stardock via Humble Bundle, and I'm having issues with Groupy. After installation it says it can not connect to Steam to validate/activate the license, and it does not show up in the email listing all my licenses. I had a similar issue with Fences, it did not connect to Steam but the license did get connected to my account somehow. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to purge all old groupy install and then reinstall https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just to make sure to use the steam section on this guide for steam purchased.
