Can't download Object Desktop

I just purchased Object Desktop.  When I go to the download link, I get the message:

An error occured when attempting to download Object Desktop.

Please contact [email protected].

I've tried multiple browsers on multiple computers, so I'm pretty sure the problem isn't on my side (though if I'm wrong, I'm happy to be corrected).  

The charge has gone through.  I sent an email to the address listed and got a form letter back that was not at all helpful.

 

Is anyone else seeing this?  Is there any way to get a ticket to a human?

Just thought of checking this:  I *am* able to download other software from my order history, so it seems to just be Object Desktop.

I assume you mean ObjectDesktopManager?    Support is off on weekends.

When you click on download Nothing happens ? 

You are talking about Object Desktop Manager right ?
