Activation problems

I can't activate Multiplicity as the activation process states that my product key and email address are not associated together. My Stardock invoice contains both my activation key and my email address that I am trying to use to activate the product.

When I request my product keys via email Multiplicity is not listed with my other Stardock purchases.

Any help appreciated.

Also note that most of the time the product will be link to the email that link to your payment method. For example if you pay with paypal, most probably, Email that link to paypal is linked to that activation key.

If your issue are not resolved, you should raise support ticket and include all the detail on your purchase there. Support will help you from there. http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit

Thanks for your reply. I still have the problem.

When registering, the program still states that my product key is not associated with my email address. My order history clearly shows my purchase and my receipt shows the email address I'm trying to register with.

I'm seem to be going around in circles in trying to get this resolved - it seems there is no direct link to support and I have had no response after raising a  support ticket as you suggested.

Very disappointed with Stardock.

That said, you are trying to activate MP with your ***@**net.com address when its registered under your *****@outlook.com one.
