CursorFX key wont register

Cannot Activate

from Stardock Forums

So I purchased CursorFX plus on August 2019 and I checked that there's a new update available so I downloaded it.

It then notify me to uninstall the old version first so I did that and restart.

After that I installed the new update (V 4.0) and attempted to use my product key to activate it but even though my credentials are all correct it wont let me activate. So I thought this might be because the old version was still activated, so I installed it back side by side now, and I cannot see how to deactivate the previous version. 

And thus I demand Stardock to help me activate so I can see the new version!

Also additional question : If I purchased an object desktop, I will get support for one year and how many device/license again for each product? ONE? Isn't that crazy just one... so if for instance I wanted to use the included multiplicity KM in my laptop and PC then I will require additional/separate license just to make it work? The heck is that?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. CursorFX v4 is an upgrade not an update so you will need to pay for that version. That is why the activation key for CursorFX v2 will not work for CursorFX v4.

No.  Multiplicity has a Primary / Secondary relationship.  Any Secondary does not need to be activated.
