Refund for failed install/activate v3.09

I downloaded the program but was unable to get it installed--no reason given, it just stopped after I said where to install. Fences has been unoperative recently and this forum has not been able to help me fix it. I believe the $9.99 fee was charged to my credit card which I now want refunded.

PS--I find your threat "to ignore my request" to be completely unacceptable considering your reputation. Perhaps you should make this section truly user friendly, even if our intelligence isn't up to the level you seem to insist upon.
