Brazilian Portuguese Language Update

Hi, folks:

I've been trying to contact and get a reply from Stardock staff about an offer for updating the language file mentioned above, to no avail. Tried their ticket system; however, besides not getting any return, I can't even manage to find out where to "log in" for getting to know about the submitted ticket status. 

So could anyone out there send me sure directions on how to effectively contact them guys about the update? Yes, I've tried private-messaging a few of the forum support members as well, also to no avail.
