While I am not sure why Groupy would not be showing on your SD account, what is shown on your SD account page is not actually a license \ key - its just showing that you have enabled your Steam credentials to log into your Stardock account. 

For any purchase on Steam, your Steam library would be where you want to look for what you have purchased.

yeah i can see there but i wanna setup groupy in my business computer but cant find the licence informations ?

when i try to activate via mail it says "there is no active licence in this account"

steam is installed at my personal copmuter so i need my avtivation code ?

i regret that bought on steam if i can cancel i will buy it from here but cant

If you purchased the Steam version (of any of the products sold there), you need the Steam client to install.  You can uninstall Steam after if you prefer.
