Start 10 not loading properly

Lenovo Yoga - Win Pro 10. on boot, Win 10 desktop loads. If i press the start key, Start 10 loads. If I touch the desktop, Win 10 reloads. Followed instructions to uninstall start 10 and reinstall with no change. Compared all start 10 setting to another laptop and desktop and all are the same

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows 10 version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Start10 version.

3) System spec. CPU/RAM/GPU etc etc.

Is it possible you have set Windows 10 into tablet mode?

This computer is new to me and it was in fact in tablet mode. Once I turned that off, Start 10 acts normally.
