Why is my recent purchases or renewals not showing in my email?

Hi. I recently purchased or renewed my stardock but yet I have no proof that I did except for the purchases using my credit/debit cards. I recently purchased twice for $32.00 each and yet  I still have no proof of my purchases via email. I need to redownload/reinstall on one of my computers and I absolutely refuse to pay a third time just so I can get it. This makes no sense. Please tell me how can I reinstall the program without having to keep paying for it? $60 for a $32.00 program is too much.
