Product key invalid and other issues

Hello, I recently purchased Fences, but after reinstalling windows and trying to activate again it gives me the message that the key is invalid for the email.
The key at the link to manage my orders also doesn't work, same error and if I ask for all my purchases Fences isnt even there, just some game I purchased years ago.
What can I do?
