Unlock previous purchase

Invalid product

Hello,

I have just bought Fences.

I have payed with credit card and I have recorded my email address during the payement.

When I try to Unlock previous purchase, I get the error message Invalid product.

I have also created a Stardock account with this email address.

I have not received any mail from Stardock confirming the purchase but I have recorded and taken a screen print of the serial number that I have obtained right after the payment.

Looking for help.

Just make sure to use the same email address as you put in while doing the purchase. Sometimes we do make mistake while typing it. If you still can't get to it. Please raise a support ticket using this link : http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit. Make sure to include all the details in there and Support will help you from there.

I think I have mistyped my email address as [email protected] is not recognized by the system: We could not locate any keys associated with the email address you provided.
