Object Desktop

Have been trying to submit a ticket and am having no success.  I purchased the Object Desktop and was initially very happy with it.  However, as the day went on, I found that it created many crashes when using Word, Excel, etc.  Also, found that I could no longer post pictures to other forums.  I deleted every program with the exception of Fences and everything started working correctly again.  I would just like to get a refund and after the refund is complete, download only Fences.  Posting on the forums here was the only way I could get this to receive any attention from Stardock.
