can't submit ticket
system registration not working
Hi, I'm trying to register to submit a ticket but when I do, it request an email without password and once registered it say I can't login because I have no password. I have received the account registration confirmation, but I still can't login because I have no password.
The issue I have wich I want to submit ticket for is I am trying to change my registered email and the system say it send me an email to confirm but I never receive that email (not in spam box eitheir)
I'm not using the old email (although for now I still have access to it but I want to end it) and I want to switch to my new email adress for my registered product.
can you help ?
