Transferring activation, Galactic Civilizations II

Good afternoon,

Today I went to dig out an old game (Galactic Civilizations II Dread Lords) and install it on a new tower. In the proccess I've ran into a maximum activation error.

Following your FAQ i tried going through my account and do not see a manage button associated with the product serial number.

I've uninstalled it from the only old computer that was still bootable, before finding deactivation instructions..... it really doesn't run well enough for me to want to try to reinstall, just to try to deactivate.

Can you manually clear account activations, or otherwise assist me with this?
