install notice won't go away

I have been using Start10 and Fences for some time and love the applications. However, every time I boot my laptop, I get an install notice for both apps. I've tried accepting the notice and reinstall (I suppose) the software, only to have the notice pop up again when I boot up.

How can I terminate the notices?

What version of Windows are you running ( full version ) ?

Version of Start 10 and Fences ?

Win version 1903 build 18362.900.

Start 10 version 1.91.

Fences version 3.0.9.11.

Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

To be sure, re-download the latest version again from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall using the installer you just download. Reboot again and retest.
