Not receiving email with product keys

I have tried to request my product keys multiple times and no email is sent.

I've visited https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval and filled out my email address and have not received a response.

I get the following message which oddly appears to be missing the email address:

An email containing your product keys was sent to . If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder just in case the message got delivered there instead of your inbox.

And yes I have checked my spam folder.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please submit a support ticket here : http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit

Please include all the information on your purchase in it. Also note that you do not need to log in to raise a ticket there. Please be patience since Stardock is on Summer Holiday. Respond to your issue might be slower than usual.

Thank you for the reply but according to the support ticket page you referenced (and I already viewed) it suggested I first check the FAQ's (which I did) then I should post here on the forums (which is why I posted here).

Here is what that page you referenced says:

-Refunds
-Potential fraud
-Email changes \ Account merges
-Account closure \ removal
-Corp sales where support was purchased
-Object Desktop subscriptions (support is included)

All other issues need to be posted as new threads in our forums: https://forums.stardock.com/

If a ticket is submitted that does not fall into the aforementioned areas, it may be redirected to the forums.

I appreciate your reply but your suggestion of opening a ticket unfortunately disagrees with the very page you are referencing.

Update:  The email did come thru a long while later.  I had first done a password reset which I received the email immediately so I was in the mindset that the keys would be the same timing, my bad.  

So now I have my keys but can't access the download because it was a objectdock subscription.  So from what I'm reading is that I can still install and use fences but I'm no longer able to get updates or download the file.

If I download the trial version of fences can I add my key to it?  Or do I have to go back on old computers and try to find the original install file (which seems a bit silly).

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Yes you can use the old as is but to updated and go with new you need

to renew your subscription to Object Desktop it's a annual subscription .
