Hello,
I cannot activate the software, online or offline.
Error online: An invalid product key was entered.
Performed offline activation, submitted Fences.req
Error offline: The serial number is invalid (1012)
I asked for support and I was told to ask here...

I did that already and I received the same code. Of course is still not working.
