Whoops! 404 error downloading a purchase

Hi all - forgive me if this is in the wrong section.

I purchased a WindowBlinds theme yesterday and received a 404 (not found) error when clicking the download link. Can someone from the website team check into it please?

I purchased this yesterday and still have not been able to download it. The purchase validation email indicates the download link is good for 48 hours so I think I may be in a bit of crunch here - lol. I reached out to the theme author already and we both wanted to work with the forum team to ensure first, that everyone can benefit from any corrections that need to be made.
