Am I subscribing or Leasing this app??

Explanations on your site are lacking or unclear.  If I pay $29.99 what am I getting?  A subscription where I pay each year or am I purchasing the app?

Assuming you are talking about ObjectDesktop you are purchasing the apps and have a 12 month subscription to ODNT which gives you 12 months of updates and any new apps added to ObjectDesktop during your subscription period.

Once your 12 months is over you can continue to use the software but you do not get updates and you will need to have saved your installers as you cannot redownload from the store after then.  You can reinstall using your saved installers though and activate should you change hardware etc.
