How to apply for a year's access to skins re login information?

New user here, very tired and old so I don't know my way around yet. I bought Object desktop, windowblinds and a few other things as required for myself.

When I registered on the WinCustomise site, I saw somewhere that if you had purchased any of their products that you get a year's access to the site with ads but I do not currently know how to inform the site (and thus gain that access) so that I may do so.

I am currently coding my life away and taking care of 3 estates so I miss things a lot. Could some kind person point me in the right direction?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe, when you registered WinCustomise under the same username (email address and password) with your Stardock account. It should linked to the same account. And all the benefit that mentioned in here should be available for you. https://www.wincustomize.com/account/new

BTW, just curious, why do you need to bought Windowblinds, when Windowblinds is included in ObjectDesktop?

Sorry for the late reply basj. I was working on some crappy software (mine!!)

Maybe I got something wrong, will go through my list of licenses soon.

"WinCustomize User level increases to User Level 4 (Current Customer)" That was the part I missed. So somehow I must have missed an option in my login, probably the password as it does not recognise me as a customer.

Hmm, maybe because I didn't purchase through the site but outside of it.

Oh well, will figure it out some day:)

 

D'oh. It was logging me in as another user because I'd registered another name when the first one failed. Firefox used the default profile it created first and I wasn't paying attention.

Now that I logged in with my user details from the stardock site, I think it knows me. Will go play now:)
