Why can't I download free skins?

I have purchased many stardock app and wincustomize skins and now when i try to download free skin i have this - https://prnt.sc/v3s368

My purchases at stardock - https://prnt.sc/v3s6hg

My purchases on wincustomize - https://prnt.sc/v3s8ci

- https://prnt.sc/v3sbaz

and many others. 

  • WinCustomize User level increases to User Level 4 (Current Customer). Once you purchase any WinCustomize/Stardock product, you will be automatically promoted to User Level 4. This will entitle you to unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize as long as you remain a current customer.

Why????

When you purchase an app from us, you get 1 year of unlimited downloads. After that you are subject to download limits as it's not a current customer status. WinCustomize purchases such as Master skins do not count as purchase.

What about your PERSONAL uploads?? I find myself away from my main PC sometimes and need to show one of MY works to someone! Can't even do that.
