My skin has not been uploaded with the latest files in winamp

My skin's https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=10&SkinID=882 not displayed in the front page of winamp(eventhough it has been uploaded) Why is this happ. ?

In IE5+, there is one button. Green button. And on my pc it means "Refresh". Dunno what does it mean in urs.
