CursorFX won't open
*multiple re-installs & save mode already attempted*

What the title says. I'm at a loss.
Story / What happened:
I owned and used CursorFX no issues for about a week.
It died and hasn't worked since, when I tried batch/mass installing some skins.
(I tried running like 50+ ".CursorFx" files at once)
It froze up, and the end.
What I've tried doing to fix it is listed below.
Re-installing CursorFX
3 times - 2 times I reinstalled with ObjectDesktop, once using the standalone "trial" installer.
I tried installing it to a different folder, didn't matter.
Running CursorFX in Safe Mode.
* boots up windows *
* attempts to open *
* nothing *
I tried running the purge .bat
However CursorFX was still installed after running it / after it rebooted my PC.
Things to note:
The CursorThemeEditor.exe or whatever it's called does work.
Currently anytime I try running it, it's "running" according to task manager, and uses 9% of my CPU.....
Would prefer direct assistance over Discord if possible, I am in the Stardock Discord, they told me to come here. But yeah, would prefer real-time one-on-one help.
