Invalid Email

Hi

I try to re-install the Iconpackager(and the other stardock software) to the new OS, but when I typing the e-mail to register page, it shows invalid email address, please help me to solve the problem,(I deactivate in old OS already)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to get to your product and keys : https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys and you can use this guide to manage and check your old activation : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations . Once you check and verify that you old activation is gone. Try activation again. Make sure to use the correct email address. Report back if you still have issue on this.
