Subscription and download unlimited

Hello, I bought a subscription. So I don't see why, as a former customer, I can't be able to download unlimited themes again. It's been a while since I did it again. Please update my data. cordially

Please log out of the site, clear your browsers cache and cookies, and then login again. Also make sure you are not using ad-blockers on the site, and that your subscription purchase was on the same account as your WinCustomize/Stardock account.
