Cannot play Demigod

Hello,

Recently I've bought Demigod on steam. When lauched the game it asked for activation. I have created account and pasted the key but it gave me an error and asked to upload key reg file (444) on website. Done that. After that when I have lauched the game it still asks for activation. Cannot activate, because it now says that maximum activations reached. Cannot restet activation on website bacause there is only download option, nothing else (obviously it has activated on website, but stranegly not on my computer). Tried to uninstall and downloaded game directly from website - same problem, asks for registration of key. Cant do that because maximum activiations reached. Stardock support doesn't respond. 

Can anyone help or have the same problem? I bought the game, gave my money to the company and cannot use the product in any way.
