Changing ui colors in CursorFX and Icon Packager

Hello ^_^  

I have skinned windows with Window Blinds, Icon Packager and CusorFX. I also skinned some programs like Windows Media Player with Resource Hacker and changed pngs inside it, to change the color of the ui.
Here ist what Icon Packager looks like now, you see, there are some annoying white spaces, does someone know, where the color is defined? Where I can change it? :O  

I also tried to change some pngs in "CursorFX Control Panel.exe", but after that, it won't start end shows a error message that a reference evaluation was refused from server (sorry, bad translation)

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, from what I know if Windowblinds can't change them, than it is hard coded in Windows and it can't be change.
