Does Chrome Still Work With Windowblinds?

I haven't used Windowblinds for quite sometime. I remember that there was some trick to get Chrome to work with it by using a file from a zip archive that Stardock has available. Does that trick still work with the newest edition of Windows and Chrome? Thinking of installing and trying it. The file from the zip archive only points to Chrome's old installation directory though :(

That skin looks nice with Chrome. Do I need the 32 bit version for this trick to work? I have the 64-bit version installed and the installer no longer puts Chrome in Program Files (x86)

The screenshot was on Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88(64-Bit)

Thank you,

Yeah my Chrome installation is located in the default directory of Program Files, not Program Files (x86). I tried changing the directory in the link file to the right one but it didn't work unfortunately.
