Problems with activation, invalid email ...
I purchased a package with 9 Stardock products at the Fanatical store on 6/15/2020, at the time I activated all products and used the same email address for all 9 products, they all work without any problem.
At the time, I hadn't made an account on the Stardock website either.
Recently I had to reformat my computer and I had problems activating Deskscapes and IconPackager in the 2 I'm having the same invalid email problem and as I said earlier I used the same email to activate all 9 products in the package, the other 7 products I managed to activate normally without problems.
I already looked for solutions in the forum and also used the tool to search for keys by email address, Deskscapes and IcoPackager keys are not in the email address I used to register the 9 products, only 7 of them are listed in the email address.
I need help from support to activate these 2 of my products because I can't find an effective solution for that.
