I need some help installing a skin. This one doesn't seem to want to fully comply..

I recently downloaded the Orange Graf skin ( https://www.wincustomize.com/download.asp?SkinID=3483&LibID=1 )

Anyways, I ran everything, and I have the wallpaper to work, and the majority of the menus, but from some reason the submenu (right click ) won't change, and I think there may be a few others ones that won't change. Here is a link to a screenshot of my screen? Is this the way it's supposed to look (please notice submenu).

I'm asking this because all of my other skins seem to change everything, while this one doesn't, and it feels like it's lackings something

You should of posted a screenshot to Orange Graf instead of a link to download it. I had to go to Skinbase by the way cause there were no files like others were experiencing on this site.

Anyway, with this skin, it's supposed to be that way. Make sure 'apply the skins color scheme' is checked under 'basic settings'.
