Will not install.

Hello,

I cannot get Curtains to install.  All the other applications of Object Desktop install without a problem, but Curtains always fails with the message: "Curtains - Error Occurred".  Could anyone help me diagnose what might be causing the problem?

I'm running Windows 10 20H2.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your issue.

  1. Windows full version numbers, please use Microsoft's Winver.exe for full version numbers.
  2. Curtains version you're trying to install? Did you try to re-download it?
  3. Please make sure to install into its default directory.

@Basj : The answers to your questions are as follows:

1.  OS Build:  19042.746

2.  Curtains version: 1.15.  I am using Object Desktop to install and manage the applications (including Curtains).  I have done the following:  All Stardock applications have been uninstalled; Object Desktop uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled.  Finally all Stardock applications re-installed - Curtains is the only one that failed.

3.  I am installing Curtains as part of the Object Desktop launcher application; no settings or directories have been changed.

Hello,

Try download curtains installer directly from your account here : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products , just download Curtains and install Curtains by running the installer. Report back here.
