Skin Studio won't open

I just installed windowblinds after purchasing it from humblebunle and after browsing wincustomize and trying a few skins nothing really suited exactly what I wanted, so I looked into how to make a skin myself. As far as I can tell from searching, I'm supposed to open windowblinds config, click the cog, and click "edit style in skinstudio". When I do that, it takes me to https://www.stardock.com/products/skinstudio/ and there is no download for it there. It says it's included in windowblinds for free, but I see no way of opening it. I've looked in the stardock folders and there's nothing resembling skinstudio, or any other editor.

 

Any help?

I just checked and it is working for me. Please try different browser or try difference PC.

Seems the download isn't secure and my browser was blocking it. I was able to get it by manually downloading with right-click, then ignoring the warning. Thanks again for your help.
