When I save a group with only pdf files, later I can't open them. When I click in my saved group in order to open all the files, it opens only one file. Groupy saved groups doesn't work with pdf? I use Adobe Reader.

Groupy can only reopen documents when the application has a documented way to obtain a link between window and filename. Explorer windows and some Microsoft office apps have this ability.
This is not the case with Adobe reader so the best groupy can do is to relaunch with the command line used to open the app. Depending on the app this may be the first file you opened which caused reader to open up.
